Originally intended to be called “The Paradise Club”, Michael insisted on referring to the project as “Club Paradise” until the owner finally relented and renamed the project. It has since become one of Las Vegas’ best know adult entertainment clubs and set the standard for future clubs in regard to sound, lighting & backstage facilities for entertainment.
Working with Fred Doriot the Nightclub Architect for the project, Michael E. Pipkins was responsible for the creation and implementation of drawing standards; development of phasing plan; coordination of working drawings & processes with draftsmen; code analysis; consultant coordination; detailing; exiting & accessibility analysis; construction documentation; construction administration.
Complete remodel & expansion of existing adult entertainment facility. Interesting construction challenge was that facility was required to remain open and operational while under complete renovation. This was accomplished by carefull phase planning and structural, fire rated access tunnels.
