Commercial Architectural Design Projects

Commercial Architectural Design Projects of Michael E. Pipkins

Throughout his 24 year career, Michael E. Pipkins has worked on scores of Commercial Design Projects. A Commercial Project is defined as a project that has a private contract between the Architect and an indivisual Owner or Developer, and does not receive any form of funding from a public source such as through taxation or government issued bonds.

Technically, any non-governmental project which is not defined as “Single Family Residential”, is considered to be a Commercial Project. However, as a practical matter in Architecture we tend to break-out certain “Sectors” into sub-groups. Such as Hospitality; Banking; Restaurant; Industrial etc. and we have done so with this website as well.

Listed below are samples of Architectural Projects in the Commercial sector that Michael E. has worked on which do not fit into some other sub-group.
