Financing Terms

1. “Financing” is considered a “Differed Payment” and applies to “Architectural Services Incurred with MEP-AD only” and does not include fees paid on behalf of project to outside engineers, consultants, agencies or entities. Financing does not include deposits for travel expenses if necessary for the specific project. All other fees are subject to standard payment terms as outlined in the Agreement. No interest will be charged if balance is paid in full before expiration of 6 month term. After 6 months, interest will be applied to full unpaid balance at the initial rate of 12% of the unpaid balance.

2. Based on credit worthiness & income verifications. Client will be required to compete a credit application and agreement and authorize MEP Architectural Design to conduct a credit background check. An application fee will apply and is outlined below.

3. $1200 Min. Financing Amount.  Fixed APR: 24.0%, compounded monthly at 2% of unpaid balance. $25 Non-Refundable Credit Application Fee. Minimum monthly Principle & Interest payments will apply.  Full Loan amount must be paid in full within 24 months. No prepayment penalty. No Annual Fee. Offer subject to cancellation at any time.
