As part of our Virtual Office business model, Michael E. Pipkins Architecture & Design has developed an online Project Collaboration Center (PCC) that we will use to manage our projects.
The goal of the Project Collaboration Center is to bring all parties involved with a project together, in real time, at all phases of the Design / Construction process. Using our new PCC, all participants of a project, including the project owner or developer, the engineers, product suppliers, code consultants and other designers will join together to share information in real time.
Participants will have access to view and edit a projects status, set and update project tasks, set milestones, make notes or comments, share files and documents, create discussion threads, generate various reports including calendar and gantt chart views and much more.
The new PCC tool will ensure that our clients can actively participate in the design process, and it will also assure that all team members have access to the most current information available at any time, day or night.
