Free Architectural Design Services for Case Study

Michael E. Pipkins Architecture & Design will be offering free Architectural Design Services to one family willing to participate in a Case Study to determine the feasibility, construction and testing of underground structures (earth sheltered) to be used as a primary residence and how this form of construction can be applied to large scale, underground housing developments.

The study will determine the design considerations necessary for this building type as well as provide real world data analysis for sound reductions, fire resistance, energy usage and tornado resistance.

Participant must meet eligibility requirements which will include ownership of land sufficient for study, a financial commitment for construction and willingness to participate in promotion (among other requirements).
